How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Visit our Returns Portal to start your request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are Centric products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Centric performance apparel and equipment are covered by a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear from intense training.
How should I care for my high-performance fabrics?
To maintain the integrity of our moisture-wicking technology, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and air drying. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can clog the technical fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Centric currently ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7-14 business days, and duties are calculated at checkout.
